Juha - FinnairWe are delighted to confirm that Juha Järvinen, CCO of Finnair will be joining us at theAviation Festival Asia 2018 to share his visions on cabin design and how the passenger experience will change.

Juha’s experience speaks for itself. He was integrally responsible for driving the excellent service and passenger experience & strategy on Finnair’s new Airbus A350 XWB flights, and his role as VP of the Board at APEX also means he is well-versed in what carriers across the globe are doing to innovate their passenger experience too.

In his presentation, Juha will share his insights on:

  • What has become “the standard” in the each class cabin? What’s next? Will we see more suites in the sky, more accommodation-like business cabins and denser economy seats? Or are things changing? What about premium economy?
  • A more flexible approach: How can we tailor cabin seating to more individual needs?
  • Besides the seats, what other impacts can cabin design create on the passenger experience?
  • What it will be like inside an airliner of the future?

Juha will be taking the stage in Aviation Festival Asia’s AirXperience track, which explores how airlines and airports can improve the passenger experience at every touch point. Key themes we’ll be exploring include communication channels (social, mobile), airport experience, on-board look and feel, passenger communications and much more.
