AeroProfessional announces special offer at Aviation Festival Asia
Aviation recruitment specialists AeroProfessional are delighted to be exhibiting at Aviation Festival Asia (stand G12) for the first time with an exclusive offer to entice new customers.
During the event, the first ten companies to sign a contract for a minimum of two vacancies with AeroProfessional will receive their first placement for free. Visitors to the stand can also earn their wings by taking the company’s quick and fun ‘aviation personality evaluation’ to find their perfect role within the industry.
For those wishing to find out more about aviation recruitment, Director of AeroProfessional Sam Sprules will be making a presentation on ‘Airline recruitment trends and challenges’ in the seminar hall at 16:30 on Tuesday 27 February. During the presentation, Sprules will address a range of topical recruitment issues affecting the aviation industry, such as the pilot skills shortage.
“According to Boeing’s Pilot and Technician Outlook for 2017-2036, the Asia Pacific region is driving the demand for aviation professionals over the next two decades, with the need for 253,000 new pilots, 308,000 new cabin crew and 256,000 new maintenance technicians,” explains Sprules. “Companies must have a modern recruitment strategy to compete, and AeroProfessional is well-placed to meet the staffing needs of businesses of all sizes.”
Joining Sam at Aviation Festival Asia will be AeroProfessional’s Communications and Marketing Manager, Jade Haase; and Asia Pacific Regional Manager, Abrar Ahmad.
