From the recent roll-out of K to 12 education, to the encouragingly positive changes coming from Patricia Licuanan and the rest of the team at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), it is clear that education in the Philippines is undergoing a period of significant improvement. Given that Filipino GDP growth outstripped even China this year, and that the last 12 months has seen a raft of foreign businesses investing in new Filipino operations, it is equally clear that educational reform is going to have to continue at a significant pace if the country is to continue its impressive rate of growth and global competitiveness.
Here at EduTECH we have for the past 5 years brought together senior educators in Brisbane, Sydney and recently in Singapore, to debate and discuss the future of K-12 and tertiary education, to provide exposure to the latest technology helping teachers achieve the best results, and to build profitable relationships between educators, policymakers and solution vendors.
In 2017 we are incredibly excited to be bringing EduTECH to the Philippines. From 21st-22nd February at SMX Convention Centre in Manila we will be bringing together leading educators and government officials from around the country, as well as some of the best technology innovators from around the world, to map out and drive forward next generation education in the Philippines.
If you work in the education space in the Philippines you NEED to join us at this show.
